The Workflow menu ( ) is available for documents and tags that have an active approval workflow associated to them.

Approval workflows have multiple steps assigned to multiple people with different responsibilities. When a person has an active approval work task for an object, the Worksteps option is available from the Object menu.

Selecting the Worksteps option opens the Workflow menu.

Depending on your role and the workflow configuration and the stage of the workflow task itself, you can Accept, Rework, Skip, Reject, and/or Complete the workflow task.
